Oriana Skylar Mastro

Oriana Skylar Mastro is an American political scientist, author and lieutenant colonel in the United States Air Force Reserve. She is a Center Fellow at the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies and assistant professor of Political Science at Stanford University. She is also a non-resident scholar at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and Deputy Chief of Reserve China Global Strategy at The Pentagon.
